This month, I had the privilege of returning to Spain to speak at the Work Academy, hosted by PwC España and Universidad CEU San Pablo. Reflecting on my journey as the first Spaniard to lead an American university, I shared how Georgia Tech balances elite education with a commitment to accessibility, ensuring a world-class education reaches as many people as possible. With more than 53,000 students, including more than 22,000 enrolled in affordable online master’s programs, Georgia Tech exemplifies how expanding access enhances excellence.
